"Ajai Alai" mantra/meditation is used to give you Divine Protection and Strength to overcome any obstacle. It is supposed to lift you from sadness, grief, worry, loneliness, depression, anger and re-align you with the Divine Vortex. Practice it whenever You feel disconnected from the Source.
