SERENDIPITY

"When God shuts a door, he opens a window."

[Dean]
Jonathan Trager, prominent television producer for ESPN, died last night from complications of losing his soulmate and his fiance.
He was 35 years old and soft-spoken and obsessive.
Trager never looked the part of a hopeless romantic.
But in the final days of his life, he revealed an unknown side of his psyche.
This hidden quasi-Jungian persona ... surfaced during the Agatha Christie
- like pursuit for his long - reputed soulmate,
a woman whom he only spent a few precious hours with.
Sadly, the protracted search ended late Saturday night ...
in complete and utter failure.
Yet even in certain defeat, the courageous Trager secretly clung to the belief ...
that life is not merely a series of meaningless accidents or coincidences.
Uh-uh. But rather it's a tapestry of events ...
that culminate in an exquisite, sublime plan.
Asked about the loss of his dear friend,  Dean Kansky,
the Pulitzer Prize - winning author and executive editor of the New York Times, described Jonathan as a changed man, in the last days of his life.
"Things were clearer for him ",  Kansky noted.
Ultimately, Jonathan concluded that if weare to live life in harmony with the universe,
we must all possess a powerful faith in what the ancients used to call "fatum",
what we currently refer to as "destiny".

Jonathan Trager, cunoscutul producator al televiziunii ESPN...a decedat noaptea trecuta
in urma pierderii sufletului sau pereche si a logodnicei sale.
castigator al premiului Pulitzer si directorul publicatiei New York Times,
l-a descris pe Jonathan ca fiind
un om schimbat in ultimele zile ale vietii sale.
"Vedea lucrurile mai clar", a afirmat Kansky.
In final, Jonathan a realizat ca
daca vrem sa traim in armonie cu universul,
trebuie sa credem cu totii in ceea ce grecii numeau "fatum".
Iar noi il numim "destin".

# I never saw moons knew the meaning of the sea #
# I never held emotion in the palm of my hand #
# Or felt sweet breezes in the top of a tree #
# But now you're here #
# Brighten my northern sky #

I'm Jon.
I'm Sara.

# I've been a long time that I'm waiting #
# I've been a long time that I'm blown #
# I've been a long time that I've wandered #
# Through the people I have known #
# Oh, if you would and you could #
# Straighten my new mind's eye #
